My entire experience with First Class Roofing has been exceptional from the initial quote to the completed roof. The company owner Bryan, was very personable and took the time to answer all our questions throughout the whole process. The roofing team took precautions to protect the landscape while removing the existing roof. They worked tirelessly through rain and shine to make sure our new roof was completed in an efficient and timely matter. Bryan did a final inspection with us to make sure we were happy with the final product. I can't say enough good things about this company and its owner. Easy, low stress and dedication that go above and beyond other service companies. I wish I had another roof to give them more business! Truly..."First Class."

The quality of the work completed was top notch. I was most impressed with the clean up. Our grass had grown a little thicker then usual. After roof work was completed we mowed. Very few nails etc were found. The workers were both skill and nice. Almost anyone could assist in answering technical concerns I had. The work was finished in a timely manner with quality being the major concern.

Overall the value was there. One of the lower bids yet the products used were of greater quality increasing the value received.

Very professional and great communication & commitment. I had 8 Estimates and so glad that I decided on ninth. Byran and his team exceeded my expectations. Completed the entire roof that was neglected for 30+ years. I believe my new roof will exceed my lifetime. Thank you so much for your outstanding service & Aloha.
Sincerely,
A Very Happy Homeowner????

First Class Roofing is everything you’d hope for when hiring someone to work on your home. Owner Bryan Dugan and his crew from First Class Roofing were professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Bryan responded quickly to my calls and e-mails and patiently answered questions about the job. He and his crew worked efficiently and ensured my property was cleaned thoroughly at the end of each work day. My roof looks great and I can rest easy knowing that it’s watertight and ready for the hurricane season, now and in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your roofing needs.

Thank you!

First Class is an excellent description of the service this team provides. Bryan was able to find an almost exact match to the discontinued roofing tiles my HOA requires. When the tiles arrived, his team immediately got to work and had everything staged on the roof the first day on Site. The 2nd day on site, they had 90% of the roof installed. on the 3rd day, they completed the entire job and had extra time to do some repairs and replacements to my existing roof, and clean up all of the rubbish at the site. I would highly recommend First Class Roofing!

Brian of First Class Roofing is a very responsive businessman, and really puts his customers first. He lives up to what he says he will do and if anything is not satisfactory to you, he immediately remedies the situation. His pricing is competitive and he goes beyond the contract to do extra work. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a job well done.

Da BEST Roofing Company EVER - they truly live up to their name, First Class Roofing, LLC.!!! Bryan from the first contact - and every single time after - was so unbelievably responsive and professional that surprised both me and my parents and even the resident manager! We so appreciated this quickness and being readily available as we had just been affected by the unusual heavy rain and southwind storm that ripped part of our patio roof off. He even went that extra ten miles+ to ensure that the home owners' association managing company and homeowners' board concerns were attended to and addressed. From that inital contact, to the repair, and the follow up, we are super pleased with the work completed and blessed to have found Bryan and his First Class Roofing, LLC! Mahalo nui loa, e Bryan and team! We refer this roofing company 100%!

Bryan answered all of our questions and went over multiple options with us. Out of multiple other quotes he provided the best price and timeline with the best quality products.
